1. Poor lubrication

  Lubrication is a necessary condition to ensure the normal operation of all bearings. Lubrication has key hazards to the fatigue life and friction, wear, vibration, etc. of rolling bearings. Up to 40% of bearing damage is related to poor lubrication. The purpose of bearing lubrication is to make a layer of oil slick between the inverted surfaces of the bearing to avoid immediate contact between metal materials and metal materials.

The effects of lubrication on the flip bearing are as follows: 1. Alleviate friction and wear and increase the service life of the bearing; 2. Discharge the friction heat to avoid excessive bearing temperature; 3. Avoid the intrusion of dirt and have a sealing effect; 4. Avoid rusting of metal materials.

  2, bearing over temperature

   Over temperature is the key reason for the common shortcomings of stainless steel bearings. The fundamental reason is that the bearing is hot. Normally, it is an alarm data signal that the equipment is running abnormally. Failure to deal with it as soon as possible will cause a chain reaction such as equipment damage. The common reasons for bearing hotness are:

  (1) The bearing accuracy is low, and the motor type selection is not good

  The bearing accuracy is unqualified or there are differences in the selection of the motor, because the equipment cannot think about the best operating standard, it will visually constitute the bearing hot. Disposal plan: adopt the bearing of the rules to request the precision level.

   (2) The vibration is large

   For example, the coupling alignment process does not conform to the rules. The motor rotor has dynamic and static imbalance, basic rigidity, virtual feet, rotation stall and low-frequency oscillation.

Some motor rotors suffer from material erosion or solid residue wear during the whole operation process, or the shaft is bent, which will constitute an unbalanced centripetal force, which will cause the bearing to become hot and vibrate, and the dovetail guide rail will be seriously worn. Until it is destroyed.

(3) Insufficient cooling

   Insufficient refrigeration is mainly manifested as: pipeline blockage, improper use of cooler, poor refrigeration theory, etc.

  The fouling and clogging of the cooler of the lubrication pipeline will lead to the worse the theoretical effect of refrigeration. It is made in summer.

   The fouling of the cooler is more serious, and the bearing temperature is too high. The frequent alarm situation is encountered in many manufacturing places. A more reasonable disposal method is to carry out the pickling passivation scale cleaning of the cooler every year before the heat.

   (4) Poor installation

   Poor installation is another key reason for the hot bearing. As the bearing is installed properly or not, its service life and server accuracy are immediately endangered, so the axis of the regular shaft and the bearing hole must be stacked during installation.

   3. Dust and environmental pollution

  In precision machinery, electric motors and other machinery and equipment that have high regulations on the natural environment, various floating particles in the gas will enter the bearing office environment and cause various injuries. Corrosive particles will wear components, and conductive particles will affect the current flow of components. Once the particulate matter accumulates and blocks the bearing, it will accelerate the over-temperature. Obviously, choosing an appropriate IP waterproof level can alleviate this problem to a certain level.  

   4. Power supply system problems

   The harmonic currents formed by high-frequency switching and pulse width modulation will cause loss of frame of working voltage and current, load and over-temperature, thereby reducing the service life of equipment and stainless steel bearings, and increasing the cost of long-term machinery and equipment.

   Damage is caused by partial discharge from time to time. The oil slick between the inner ring groove of the bearing and the bearing steel ball has the effect of electrolytic medium (capacitance), and the battery is charged by the bearing current.
