3. The bearing can be locked on the shaft at will
There are three ways to lock the bearing on the shaft. The common method is to lock the two set screws on the extension end of the inner ring, or use an adapter sleeve or an eccentric sleeve to lock. These three methods can lock the bearing on the shaft at will.
4. Special heat treatment of bearing inner ring suspension
The inner ring channel and its surrounding parts that need to be hardened are normally quenched, and the extended end of the inner ring where the set screw is assembled is locally tempered at high temperature to maintain toughness and impact resistance. After local high temperature tempering around the screw hole of the inner ring, the bearing will get better.
The performance of this can prevent the screw from loosening during the bearing operation, and the screw will not be tightened to cause the inner ring to burst. The outer ring has a common design to prevent the outer ring from rotating. The outer ring of the bearing is equipped with a common stop pin (ball), which allows the bearing to self-align and prevents the outer ring from rotating, so that the bearing has a longer service life.
5. The bearing and the bearing seat can be interchanged intact
Bearings and housings are precision-processed, and the bearings and housings can be interchanged intact, and the bearings can be changed at any time.
